A strictly limited series of prints that are released under the series name of "Border Noir".
In 2014, Simon undertook a charity walk in the Grand Canyon. The walk took him with 30 other people through the Havasupai area of the canyon to Mooney Falls. In the process of doing this, Simon took his camera and made a selection of images that are now being released as a very strictly limited edition.
As with all of Simon's recent work, he tries to align the images with a charity that can benefit from his work. This series will be supporting the Native American Rights Fund.
NARF - Since 1970, the Native American Rights Fund (NARF) has provided legal assistance to Indian tribes, organisations, and individuals nationwide who might otherwise have gone without adequate representation. NARF has successfully asserted and defended the most important rights of Indians and tribes in hundreds of major cases, and has achieved significant results in such critical areas as tribal sovereignty, treaty rights, natural resource protection, and Indian education. NARF is a non-profit 501c(3) organisation that focuses on applying existing laws and treaties to guarantee that national and state governments live up to their legal obligations.
